Now that you have uploaded and added captions and links to pictures it is time to create your Virtual Tour. At the top of the screen click the "Album" button. Click the "Create Album" button at the bottom of the Album-Summary screen. Under the "Description" tab, enter a suitable name for your Tour in the Album Name (1) box. This is the name your visitors will use to access your Tour. If a description is to appear above every picture in the tour, add it in the Description box (3). You can also create a password for your tour so only authorized visitors can view it if the material is sensitive. If you have a Cachelan account enter a category (4) for your virtual tour so it will be easy to recognize when looking for it in your account.
To add images to your Virtual Tour use the small arrow keys beside each image. When you click on an up arrow the corresponding photo will be placed in your tour (album). If you want all the pictures in your Gallery to be moved into the Virtual Tour press the large ALL arrow (5) in the middle of the screen. The order that images are arranged in the album now is the same as the order that will appear when your visitor takes the tour. Use the small After pulldown menu to insert images in different places. If you change your mind about image order, remove an image from the tour using the down arrow then reinsert it in the appropriate location by selecting the location from the "After" pulldown menu and the up arrow next to the image. Press the "Save" (6) key to save the work you have done so far.
**Tip: Once you have created a Virtual Tour you are still able to create additional albums and tours from the same WebFilm. You are not limited to only one tour (album). Any image in the Gallery can be used in multiple albums.
