2. Website Link
To access a Virtual Tour from a website include the URL in a link within the website. For a Virtual Tour that has an album name of "My First Tour" (set in the Description tab) the link would be:
http://www.myfirsttour.cachelan.com
Remove all spaces and capital letters in the album name and insert it into the address to get the album URL. Give this URL to your WebMaster or Administrator and ask them to insert it into your site as a link. Users who click on the link will then be taken directly to the Virtual Tour. At the end of the Virtual Tour, insert a link in the caption back to the website that launched the tour. This way the tour seamlessly integrates into the website for a professional look. Use this technique instead of expensive custom programming to add virtual tours to websites that can be quickly created, are easy to modify and provide visitor tracking.
3. Cachelan Login
In verbal or written communications give your customers the name of your Virtual Tour.
Tell them to go to cachelan.com
Select 'Visitor Album' from the pulldown menu
Enter the Album name and optional Password if enabled.
4. Browser access
Tell visitors verbally the web address of your virtual tour so they can access it from any browser. Include the tour web address on real estate signs, in advertisements and written notices for one click access to the Virtual Tour. The album name box found in the Description tab is the web address. For a tour named "My First Tour" the link to enter in a browser is: www.myfirsttour.cachelan.com The www. prefix is optional.
5. Visitor Cards
To create invitations to give out when meeting people, click the Visitor Card tab. Enter some descriptive text about the Virtual Tour and press the Create Cards button. A single sheet with 8 business size cards will be created that you can print, cut out and carry to hand out. The correct link to the Virtual Tour will automatically be added.
