Arrange Pictures in the eCatalog

All images and files must first be loaded into the Gallery and captions added there. Once this is done, they can be arranged into different presentations called “albums” using templates, one of which is the eCatalog. At the top of the screen click the Album button to show all exisitng albums for this webfilm. Click the "Create Album" button on the "Album-Summary" screen.

Under the "Description" tab, enter the web address (1) that your visitors will use to access this eCatalog. Also give your eCatalog a title and description (2) (3). The description will appear at the top of every picture in the eCatalog with the individual captions on the right. It will typically be an introduction with contact information. If you wish you can also create a password for your eCatalog so only authorized visitors can see it.

To add images to your eCatalog use the small arrow keys beside each image (5) in order they should appear or click the ALL (4) button to insert everything in the Gallery in one step. When you click on an arrow the corresponding photo will move up into your album. As files are added they will appear in the Images in the Album box. Press the Save (6) when done.

**Tip: Once you have created an eCatalog you are still able to create more from the same WebFilm account using files from the Gallery.

Select images in the order they should appear in the eCatalog using the UP arrows. To remove an image use the DOWN arrow in the Album images box. To insert an image select the After image number first before clicking the UP arrow.
