Gather Material

To start creating a Virtual Tour, first take pictures of what you plan to tour through. You may include up to 100 pictures per WebFilm. Take pictures so that when they are put together the property or product can be presented with your intended message. After you are finished taking pictures transfer them from your camera to the computer. Images that can be used include:

- digital photos - rooms, products, building exteriors
- scanned items - photo prints, documents, maps, floorplans
- computer program output - illustrations, spreadsheets
- screen captures - webpages, program screens

A Cachelan virtual tour is a multimedia experience. To enhance your virtual tour you can record video and sound to accompany your pictures. This way you can walk your viewer through the property or product as if they are there. Mediums you can use include:

- Personal voice recordings - record sound files using a microphone
- Music - Use MP3 music for background
- Personal video recordings - make a video on the area you are touring
- Attach any maps, PDF, speedsheets

For convenience in uploading, put all the files and images for the tour in the same folder.

Include digital photos, scanned documents and computer program output in a virtual tour
