Sending albums to visitors

There are four easy and equally effective ways to invite visitors to your album.

1. EMAIL Send an email from WebFilm using the Album-Edit>Email tab. Email the link for your album to visitors so they can access your album. The correct web address is automatically added to the email.
   
2. WEBSITE Include the link in your personal website or business website. Ask your WebMaster or administrator to insert the URL into your website. When visitors click on the link they will be taken directly to your album.
   
3. VERBAL Tell visitors to log onto the Cachelan site, select Visitor from the login menu, and enter the album name and password (if it was enabled by the owner).
   
4. VISITOR CARD Create a visitor card using the Album-Edit>Invite Visitors tab. When you meet interested visitors or customers at an event hand them a card with the contact information on it. WebFilm will create these visitor cards automatically with the necessary link information ready for printing in PDF format.
