Monitoring Visitors

WebFilm offers several ways to track visitor activity. After loggin in to WebFilm select Home>Status. The Image Views count refers to the total times any image has been viewed in all of the albums. The Album Views count refers to the total number of times any album has been visited. For example if you had three albums with 10 images in each one and one visitor accessed all three albums once and looked at all the images in each one, your total Image Views would be 30 and your total Album Visits would be 3. You can also see the total number of downloads and emails that your visitors have performed.

If you want to see how many times a specific album has been viewed and when it was last visited click the "Albums" button at the top of the screen. Scroll to the album that you are looking for and you will see
Total Visits: Count since reset of total visitors. Incremented on every new visit.
Unique Visits: Count since reset of different visitors. If someone visits several times, this counter only increments once. This is useful for tracking repeat interest such as with virtual tours.
Last Visit: Date and time of last visit to determine if an album is still being viewed.
If you have set up a free user account, these statistics are sorted and displayed for every album in all your WebFilm. You can quickly scan visitor activity for all your applications in this way.

To see how many times an individual image has been viewed click the "Gallery" button at the top of the page and beside each image will be its view count. This is useful to see if visitors are looking at only the start of an album or all the images.
