When creating an application like an online catalog that contains images with similar captions, it is easiest to create a single caption then copy it to other images for editing. This also copies the Features table of the selected image. Log into WebFilm and go to the Gallery by clicking the "Gallery" tab at the top of the page. Create the master caption and Features table entries if required, in one image and note the number of the image containing the caption to be copied. Select the images you would like to copy the caption to by clicking the checkboxes next to the image thumbnail. Scroll to the bottom of the screen below the image thumbnails and use the pulldown "Action" menu (left pulldown) to select "Copy Caption From". In the pulldown menu to the right select the number that corresponds to the number of the image to copy the caption from. Click GO.
The caption from the image that you selected in the drop down box to the right has now been copied to the images that you selected with the checkbox.
