After pictures have been uploaded into the Gallery with optional headers and captions added they can be grouped into an album and the link sent to visitors. Simple forms are used to arrange images and set options. Flexable options include password protection for privacy and template view. Professional users can protect their images from unauthorized copying with a watermark, download disable and copyright notice.

The same pictures can grouped into different albums for multiple applications. A feedback link is available for receiving an email response from visitors. Counters show how many times an album has been viewed. Each album is assigned its own unique web address in the format myalbum.cachelan.com
