There are three main ways for you to promote your album and attract customers. Choose the option best for you.
BROWSER WEB ADDRESS
Place the web address of your eCatalog in printed advertisements or give it out verbally. For an eCatalog you named myCatalog in the Album Edit-Description tab, in the address field of a browser enter www.myCatalog.cachelan.com (the www is optional). they will be promted for a password if one was specified.
EMAIL
From the "Album - List" screen select Edit > Email tab. Compose an email to invite customers to your new eCatalog. For multiple visitors, separate their email addresses with a comma on the 'To' line. Add a personal message. The necessary link information is shown below your message and is automatically appended to the email. Click the Send email button, review the message in the popup box, then click OK to send the email. Your customers can access the new album from their browser as soon as they receive the email. When adding the link in regular email enter it in the form http://www.myCatalog.cachelan.com
WEBSITE LINK
Adding an eCatalog to a static website is a powerful way to continuously update the latest products available without having to constantly request the webmaster to update the site. Custom coding a website into the eCatalog format is also time consuming and expensive. To access an eCatalog named myCatalog from a website create a link in the format http://www.myCatalog.cachelan.com Ask you webmaster or site administrator to insert this link. Visitors to your site who click on this link will then be taken directly to your eCatalog and it will appear to be part of the company website.
