Track Customer Activity

After publishing your eCatalog, login to Cachelan with the webcard PIN or using your Cachelan account. On the Status screen that initially displays, check visitor access to the eCatalog shown by the visitor and download counters. You can check things like eCatalog Visits (1), Image Views (2), Downloads (3), E-mails (4) and last visit time (5).

The total and unique visitor counters will tell you how many times a customer has looked at the catalog or returned. If you want to see how many times each image has been viewed individually go to the the Gallery and the number will appear beside each thumbnail. This can be useful for detecting which of your products attracts the most attention. Downloads are the number of times a customer has downloaded an image from your eCatalog. E-mail is the amount of times a customer has sent an email using the feedback link.

Check the visitor counters to see what kind of response you are receiving to advertisements or other publicity
