Files are uploaded into the private space of the WebFilm Gallery. Any file type can be uploaded including digital photos, videos, music, scanned images, presentations, PDF etc. Files can be erased and reloaded at any time. Captions, weblinks, emails can be added to individual images. Using online forms, a template and settings are selected to suit the online application. Files from the Gallery are grouped into albums that are each assigned a unique web address.

Visitors enter the album web address in their browser. What they see in the online album will depend on the template and settings selected. If enabled, visitors can download files such as digital photos, presentations, videos and PDF. View the sample albums in this tour for examples of how you can share your digital content publicly online or with password protection for privacy.

Cachelan WebFilm is a service for viewing and downloading images on any internet connected computer using a browser. Flexable features make WebFilm ideal for personal or professional use to display full screen images in an uncluttered format. WebFilm is bought as an access card at a stocking retailer or directly from cachelan.com over the internet. No software or plug-ins are required.

Files that can be uploaded include digital camera photos, picture phone images, scanned film photos, scanned paper documents, program generated images, presentations and computer screen captures. Images are first uploaded to the Gallery. Images can be erased and reloaded at any time. A title and caption can be added. Albums are created containing groups of images from the Gallery. Like images, an album can have a title and caption added. An album can be public or private, requiring an additional password to open it with a unique link or access code.

Visitors can view images individually or as a slideshow. They can also download originals to make high quality prints. When WebFilm expires it can be refilled using a new card or online purchase. In addition to disposable short term use, WebFilm is also available in an automatically renewing format until cancelled.

Templates allow images, files and multimedia to be presented in different formats.
